This one is some fuckeries. In Spanish. Not that it matters much. There is some dialogue, but it isn’t exactly fast paced so easy to read any subtitles presented unless you have a dubbed copy. But if you have a dubbed copy, shame on you. Dubs are for chumps. Except for like that one movie I watched that I could only find the dubbed version and it didn’t totally suck. I can’t remember what it was just now. Not important. But here, there’s some preetttty serious crimes here. Involving time. Hence the title of the film.

Hector and his wife have recently moved into a new home out in the countryside, getting settled in. Seems cool, pretty chill. But then Hector notices something through his binoculars. Something kinda weird. Then something kinda awesome. Something about a pair of ducks. Or paradox. Given the plot, not much else can be said besides it’s a dramatic thriller that also happens to slide into timecrimes.

Decent enough in its independent-movie trappings, kinda drama horror sci-fi, small scale, with enough detail to make it plausible without being ludicrous. It’s pretty straight-forward really. And a rather not too good of a look at the human species if given the opportunity to try and fix past wrongs. This is yet another example of why we don’t have time travel capabilities. While some of us can be awesome, the rest of us are pretty much bastard koonts, no matter how hard we try to not be, and would break reality as we know it in, like, an afternoon. Pretty simple presentation of a very complex idea, it’s not the most intriguing of tales and some of the character’s motivations may be a bit sus, but okay overall.

Great Quote: There’s a quote about what just happened, so simple. No shit.

A Nice Pair Notes: Spanish Pink Floyd would be proud.
