Now I remember seeing this movie previously and expulsing it entirely from my memory. I’ll give that it does have a strong zombie apocalypse start but from different unrelated character perspectives than its predecessor. Has some Known Actors in it too. Funny that they have Brit actor Ildris Elba playing an American. Jeremy Renner early role, he gets more exposure a year later in The Hurt Locker. He’s okay, character-wise. The rest are complete rubbish. Not their faults though, this is basically somebody’s very professional horror demo reel while playing in the world of 28 Days Later.
There’s a basic timeline breakdown from the first outbreak. 15 days later. 28 days later. 5 weeks later. It goes on from there until, of course, 28 weeks later. The Title nailed it! A Quarantine here they’ve already managed to contain thanks to those Americans in NATO. The fuck you say? This whole plot is complete ass, so I will leave it there as they learned nothing from Romero’s 2005 Land of the Dead and followed all the helmet protocols of the Alien movies.
I can see why they waited so long to make the next one, besides the nifty title timing, in order for people to forget what a shitshow the plottenings of this one is. Even half in the bag, I’m like..this is stupid. That’s stupid. Holy shit, That? That’s REALLY stupid. Okay, now they are just pissing on the audience for lack of any logics whatsoever. So tarded. Just put it on mute, play on a TV screen on Halloween in the background, and call it Fast Zombies Attack London. Those last 10 minutes defy even zombie-brain thinkenings. Or, is perfect for braindead zombies. It’s Stupid. If you can’t tell, this one made me a little mad.
